NZ Fitness Pro is run by Manawa London Limited (company number 9563210, 1 Tranmere Close, Lymington, Hampshire, SO41 3QQ, United Kingdom), the company behind UK Fitness Pro.

What we collect

If you’re a personal trainer and register your interest, we keep your name, email address, the region and town where you train, whether you asked for launch news, and the date you registered. If you ask to be told when trainers are listed, we keep your email address.

What we use it for

To tell you when NZ Fitness Pro opens, and, if you’re a trainer, to invite you to create your profile. If you ticked “Email me launch news”, we may also send you occasional updates before launch. Every email lets you unsubscribe.

When we launch, we may use your details to set up your NZ Fitness Pro account so you don’t have to type them again. Nothing is published until you create and publish your profile yourself.

Who can see it

Only the NZ Fitness Pro team. We don’t sell your details or share them with anyone for marketing. They’re stored with Amazon Web Services, which hosts this site.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it. If we decide not to launch NZ Fitness Pro, we’ll delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing hello@ukfitness.pro. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
